Hair Transplant Specialist

Role Overview

American Aesthetic Medical Center is looking for a female Hair Transplant Specialist to assess patients and carry out hair restoration procedures at its Dubai clinic. The role covers the full care pathway, from planning treatment around each patient’s needs to monitoring recovery, helping ensure procedures are delivered safely and patients receive consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients seeking hair restoration and determine appropriate treatment options based on their clinical needs.
• Plan and perform hair transplant procedures with accuracy and in line with approved clinical protocols.
• Explain preparation, treatment, and recovery steps to patients and provide care before and after procedures.
• Review patients’ progress during follow-up consultations and respond appropriately to recovery concerns.
• Keep complete, accurate medical records covering assessments, treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up.
• Apply infection prevention measures and clinic safety policies throughout patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical colleagues to support joined-up care.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience in hair transplantation.
• A valid DHA licence as a Hair Transplant Specialist is mandatory.
• Practical experience performing hair transplant procedures and familiarity with hair restoration techniques.
• Sound skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, clinical judgement, and follow-up care.
• Knowledge of infection control, clinical documentation, and patient safety practices.
• Ability to manage patients independently and communicate with them and colleagues professionally.
• Filipino nationality is preferred.
