Description:
Elistermed Clinic is currently hiring a Guest Relations Receptionist In-Charge for immediate joining. This role is suitable for professionals with prior clinic or healthcare front-desk experience who can confidently manage patient interactions and daily reception operations in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients professionally and manage front desk operations
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and support telecom activities
• Assist in smooth clinic operations and coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure a positive patient experience through clear communication
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinic or healthcare setup preferred
• Prior tele-calling or call-handling experience will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
