Role Overview
This is an entry-level career development position designed for recent graduates who want to build a professional foundation across procurement, supply chain, finance, IT, or business operations. You will rotate through practical assignments, supporting day-to-day processes while learning how different functions connect — from vendor coordination and data management to process improvement and stakeholder communication. Your growth matters here because the organization is investing in early-career talent to become future specialists and team leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational tasks within your assigned track, such as preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, or maintaining financial and inventory records.
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from internal systems to support reporting and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely responses, document completion, and issue resolution.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by documenting current workflows and suggesting practical efficiency gains.
- Prepare meeting materials, draft correspondence, and follow up on action items to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Learn and apply company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards to everyday tasks.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that require collaboration across procurement, IT, finance, and sales functions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or candidate with minimal professional experience — this role is designed for early-career talent.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in your chosen discipline, with a clear motivation to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated learning agility, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Professional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems.
