About the Role

This role is designed for graduate engineers who are eager to apply their academic knowledge, gain practical experience, and grow into well-rounded professionals. You will collaborate with experienced engineers on a variety of engineering projects, contributing to preliminary and detailed designs, construction supervision, and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and detailed designs for diverse engineering projects.
• Assist in construction supervision and conduct site inspections.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges.
• Support project documentation and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an EBK-accredited institution.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles.
• Prior experience in an engineering consultancy firm, with exposure to diverse project types, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., Revit, Civil3D, or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
