Role Overview
Based in Lavington, this early childhood educator will guide young learners through age-appropriate activities that support their academic, social, emotional, and physical development. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging learning activities suited to young children’s developmental stages.
- Use learner-centred teaching methods that encourage curiosity, participation, and growing independence.
- Support each child’s holistic development, including social and emotional wellbeing.
- Communicate clearly and positively with learners and colleagues.
- Contribute creative ideas and collaborate with the wider teaching team.

Requirements & Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE).
- At least two years of teaching experience, including experience working with young learners.
- Commitment to learner-centred pedagogy and holistic child development.
- Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
- A positive professional ethic and respect for Christian values.
