Operational Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Production Supervisor to anchor our glass cullet manufacturing facility. Based in Mombasa, you will be responsible for transforming raw waste glass into high-quality cullet through safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible processes. You will lead the frontline team to ensure that daily output meets our rigorous industry specifications.
The Mission
Your goal is to optimize the recycling lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between raw material intake and finished product dispatch, overseeing everything from mechanical crushing and sorting to final quality audits. This role is essential for maintaining a seamless flow of recycled materials while upholding the highest standards of plant safety and machinery uptime.
Candidate Requirements

Work History: At least 2–3 years of experience in production supervision, route-to-market operations, or field logistics.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential for data analysis and performance reporting.

Industry Context: Experience in the food and beverage industry or waste management is an added advantage.

Geographical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Mombasa and its surrounding regional logistics.
Functional Expertise

Production Governance: Ability to develop and implement complex shift schedules and maintain optimal machinery utilization.

Quality & Compliance: A sharp eye for detail in sampling and testing to detect contamination or sizing inconsistencies.
