Description:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to join its leadership team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is critical in driving the overall success of the resort by ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and positioning the property as a premier luxury integrated resort destination in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the resort’s long-term vision and strategic direction. Lead high-level decision-making processes and drive organizational growth and transformation within a world-class integrated resort environment.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all key operational departments, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Gaming, Spa, and Entertainment. Ensure efficient coordination across departments to deliver a consistent and elevated guest experience.
  • Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the resort’s financial outcomes, including P&L management. Monitor revenue streams, control budgets, and manage capital expenditures to maximize profitability and enhance overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior executive role within luxury resorts or integrated hospitality environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including P&L oversight, revenue growth strategies, and business expansion initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-functional teams across various departments
  • Excellent strategic thinking abilities with a proven capacity to lead organizational development and long-term growth
