Description:
Al Mustaqbal Al Saree Contracting for Sports Stadium Construction is currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join its finance department in Ajman. The organization operates within the sports stadium construction sector and is seeking a finance professional who can efficiently manage accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core accounting functions, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to work in a structured and fast-paced construction environment. The role requires a professional who can handle financial reporting, bookkeeping tasks, and coordination with internal teams while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately while ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in an organized and timely manner.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in budget preparation and financial planning activities.
• Maintain and update accounting records using accounting systems and software tools.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and internal control standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial data.
• Support audits and financial reviews by providing required documentation and reports.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
