Dubai Central One Dubai Properties is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join their expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background and hands-on experience within the real estate or property sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial operations
• Maintain and update general ledger and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare financial reports and support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Accountant
• Mandatory experience in the real estate or property sector
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
