Proxym Middle East is looking for a talented and skilled Full Stack Developer to join its team in Dubai. The role involves contributing to innovative digital transformation projects across banking, insurance, public, and private sectors while working with modern technologies and scalable digital solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack applications, collaborating with technical teams, and building reliable software solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a developer passionate about creating high-quality digital products and working in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs with secure authentication and authorization.
• Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and reliability.
• Implement software testing practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support DevOps processes including deployment and CI/CD workflows.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Nest.js.
• Solid understanding of full-stack application architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience working with databases and Git.
• Good understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• JavaScript, TypeScript, frontend and backend development.
• Database management, APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and software testing tools.
