We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Support professional to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage service bookings, support administrative functions, and ensure a smooth and professional front desk experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Support Duties:

Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently

Assist customers with service bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability

Coordinate with technicians and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary

Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer records, booking systems, and databases

Prepare daily reports, service logs, and documentation

Manage front desk registers (visitor logs, call logs, booking records)

Assist in invoice preparation, data entry, and basic accounting coordination

Support HR/Admin tasks such as document collection, filing, and coordination

Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all documents

Monitor office supplies and coordinate with HR/Admin for replenishment

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

 

Presentable and professional appearance

Well-dressed with strong interpersonal skills

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, booking systems)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
