Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Support the front office team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle client inquiries and coordinate shipments efficiently.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
