Job Overview

We are looking for a Front Office / Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate shipments and ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support the front office team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
