Requirements:-
Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management (Mandatory for relevant roles)
Relevant experience in the respective position
Opera PMS knowledge is mandatory for Front Office & Reservation roles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Ability to deliver excellent guest experience
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
UAE experience preferred (where applicable)
