Logistics & Fleet Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our logistics and fleet operations. This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency, safety, and profitability of our large-scale transport network.
Qualifications
- Business Degree (or equivalent)
- Diploma in Logistics and Distribution
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience managing a large fleet of 100 or more trucks

- Managerial — Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate teams in a high-pressure logistics environment
- Communication — Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Computer literacy — Proficient in logistics software, fleet management systems, and MS Office Suite
- Numeracy — Excellent analytical skills for budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics
