Anytime Fitness UAE is expanding its operations and is currently looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Fitness Manager to join its growing team. This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about coaching, leadership, and developing high-performing personal trainers within a fast-paced fitness environment.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving gym performance, improving member engagement, and ensuring high standards of training delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of personal trainers to achieve performance targets

• Oversee daily gym operations with a focus on member experience and engagement

• Develop and implement training strategies to improve fitness outcomes and retention

• Monitor KPIs and ensure team performance aligns with business goals

• Support sales of personal training packages and fitness solutions

• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans for trainers

• Ensure a high-energy, accountable, and results-driven gym culture

• Improve member journey through personalized coaching and support

• Collaborate with management to drive business growth and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a commercial gym environment (PT or fitness leadership role)

• Strong background in personal training and coaching delivery

• Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and performance targets

• Experience in mentoring, developing, and managing fitness trainers

• Strong understanding of member retention, engagement, and satisfaction

• Sales awareness related to PT packages and fitness services

• High energy, leadership presence, and strong accountability mindset

• Strong knowledge of:

• Personal training methods and coaching techniques

• Gym operations and fitness program delivery

• Member retention strategies and engagement practices

• Sales processes for fitness services and PT packages
