About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly ethical finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and reconciliation skills to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes with precise documentation and data.
- Communicate financial findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA qualification or ongoing certification is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
