Description:

A multinational company in the UAE is currently hiring an experienced Finance Head to oversee and lead finance operations across the Middle East region. This opportunity is ideal for a senior finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in financial management, compliance, reporting, and strategic planning.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance functions across multiple business entities while supporting commercial decision-making and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional finance and accounting operations across the Middle East

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local financial regulations

• Manage corporate tax, VAT filings, and regulatory reporting requirements within the UAE

• Support strategic business planning and financial analysis activities

• Work closely with leadership teams to provide commercial finance insights and recommendations

• Monitor financial controls, risk management procedures, and operational efficiency

• Handle finance business partnering responsibilities across multiple departments and entities

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles

• Strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, compliance, and finance operations

• Previous experience within manufacturing companies or project-based business environments is highly preferred

• Good understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and local statutory requirements

• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be considered an advantage

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage both strategic and hands-on finance responsibilities
