Factory Supervisor – Joinery
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai
Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Urgent Requirement)
Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a Factory Supervisor with hands-on experience in joinery factory management. The candidate should be capable of supervising daily factory operations, manpower coordination, attendance tracking, and preparation of daily and monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the joinery factory
- Monitor production activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule
- Manage and coordinate factory manpower effectively
- Prepare and maintain daily work done reports
- Prepare and control attendance records and timesheets
- Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and machinery
- Coordinate with management, site team, and production staff
- Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping within the factory
- Report delays, issues, or shortages to management on time
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in a joinery or interior fit-out factory
- Strong knowledge of joinery factory operations and workflows
- Experience in attendance management and report preparation
- Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Interior fit-out and joinery experience is a strong advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
