Description:
RFM Global is currently hiring a Facilities Supervisor for its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with proven experience in facilities management and MEP operations within the UAE.
This role requires a hands-on professional capable of supervising maintenance activities, leading technical teams, and ensuring all facility operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates must be able to coordinate with multiple departments while maintaining smooth on-site operations.
Applicants with strong technical expertise and experience in vendor and contractor management will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily MEP activities on-site and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Lead and manage technicians, subcontractors, and maintenance teams
• Inspect maintenance, installation, and repair work to ensure quality and compliance
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and internal departments
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Prepare reports on maintenance schedules, progress, and system performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in facilities or engineering roles
• Strong technical knowledge in maintenance and compliance systems
• Experience in managing vendors and contractors
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of:
• Facilities management operations
• MEP systems and maintenance procedures
• Safety standards and compliance requirements
• Contractor and vendor coordination
• Reporting and documentation processes
