Description:
A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This position is offered on an outsourced basis with a yearly renewable contract. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling executive-level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

This role requires a bilingual professional, preferably an Arabic speaker, who can confidently communicate in English as well. The candidate must demonstrate strong administrative capabilities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced executive environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication in English while supporting Arabic correspondence when required.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables) and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, reports, and confidential documentation with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates should not exceed 32 years of age.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting executive decision-making and ensuring that leadership operations run efficiently and effectively. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who is organized, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
