Mission Statement

We are in search of a multifaceted Executive Assistant / PA to the CEO. This unique role combines high-level executive support with creative digital marketing and professional protocol. Based in our CBD office, you will be the right hand to our leadership, ensuring that both the CEO’s daily workflow and the company’s public brand are managed with excellence.

The Role Function

In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between corporate administration and brand visibility. You will be responsible for shielding the CEO’s time through meticulous calendar management while simultaneously driving engagement through social media content and marketing initiatives.

Professional Prerequisites

  • Work History: 2–3 years of experience in executive support, marketing, or communications.

  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in managing social media platforms and using content creation tools to drive engagement.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing skills for drafting professional briefs, reports, and CEO correspondence.

  • Personal Values: A proactive and supportive professional who demonstrates strong Christian/born-again values in their work.
