Executive Assistant
We are looking for a smart, professional, and well-groomed Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office and executive tasks
Prepare follow-ups and maintain MOMs (Minutes of Meetings)
Coordinate with multiple departments and investors
Manage client coordination, execution follow-ups, and business communications
Assist the CEO with scheduling, reporting, and operational support
Ensure smooth coordination across ongoing projects and activities
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Well-groomed and professionally presentable
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
Prior experience in executive coordination or administration is preferred
Must currently be located in the UAE
Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM
