Job Title: Examination Officer Intern
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Examination Officer Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in examination administration and academic records management within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of examination schedules and timetables.
- Support the preparation, packaging, and distribution of examination materials.
- Help in the invigilation and supervision of examinations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of examination results and student data.
- Liaise with academic departments and administrative staff to ensure smooth examination operations.
- Assist in the verification and processing of examination certificates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Examination Officer.
Qualifications
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in any Business-related course or ICT.
- Preferred Experience: Knowledge of TVET/KNEC examinations will be an added advantage.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
