Role Overview
This role focuses on steering complex customer deployments within the ICT and telecom space, acting as the central coordinator who ensures every project reaches completion on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Day to day, the project manager navigates cross-functional teams, manages vendor commitments, and keeps customer stakeholders aligned, while proactively identifying and neutralizing risks that could disrupt delivery. The position is critical because it directly shapes customer satisfaction and long-term trust in the company’s enterprise solutions.

- Build and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables, and track execution against them.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery, setting clear expectations, providing regular status updates, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate across internal teams—engineering, operations, sales, and support—and align them with customer requirements to enable smooth solution deployment.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns to leadership when necessary.
- Manage scope changes and contract adjustments by collaborating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to secure agreement and maintain project integrity.
- Oversee third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring their deliverables meet contractual obligations and technical specifications.
- Monitor project performance against defined KPIs and milestones, produce progress reports for both customers and internal management, and ensure complete documentation upon closure.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. A master’s degree or MBA is considered a plus.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of experience in ICT, telecom, or technology product management, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
- Exposure to the telecommunications or digital services industry is strongly preferred.
- Broad technical knowledge of managed data networks and associated services such as cloud, security, and unified communications.
- Strong communication skills, especially the ability to articulate project strategy, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to both internal decision-makers and customer stakeholders.
