Description:
Almond Blossoms Fertility & Wellbeing Center in Dubai is currently expanding its IVF laboratory team and is seeking a qualified Embryologist to join its growing medical staff. The center is known for its modern fertility laboratory environment and commitment to high standards of patient care, precision, and scientific excellence.
This opportunity is strictly for licensed professionals who already hold a valid DHA Embryologist License or an official DHA eligibility letter. Candidates without these mandatory requirements will not be considered. The selected candidate will work closely with an experienced embryology team focused on advanced IVF procedures and long-term clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced embryology procedures within the IVF laboratory
• Handle oocyte retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and related lab processes
• Maintain strict quality control and laboratory safety standards
• Document and report all laboratory procedures accurately
• Collaborate with fertility specialists and medical staff for treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IVF laboratory experience
• Valid DHA Embryologist License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of IVF laboratory techniques and procedures
• High attention to detail and laboratory precision skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary medical team
• Strong knowledge of:
• IVF laboratory protocols and embryology procedures
• Fertility treatment processes and clinical standards
• DHA healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Laboratory safety, quality control, and documentation practices
