Document Controller

International Engineering Center is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation for engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure proper organization, accessibility, and compliance of all project records. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize project documentation and records
• Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and accessible
• Collaborate with project teams to manage incoming and outgoing documentation
• Support compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and project reviews

🔹 Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or engineering document control preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in document management software and MS Office
