Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership M&E role
- Demonstrated experience working with non-profit or NGO programs in a field-based setting, preferably in Kenya
- Proven track record in monitoring and evaluation, including designing and refining data collection and measurement tools
- Experience supporting program teams to use data for learning, decision-making, program adaptation, and/or donor reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with mobile data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, or similar)
- Strong qualitative skills including interviewing, storytelling and understanding a deeper context beyond numbers
- Strong report writing skills and excellent communication skills
