A company based in Dubai is currently seeking a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to join its growing team on a hybrid work model. This opportunity is ideal for marketing professionals who are passionate about digital growth strategies, online advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and digital campaign management. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize performance for maximum ROI
• Handle social media marketing activities across Meta platforms and other digital channels
• Generate quality leads through targeted digital campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
• Create and implement content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and marketing communication
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and campaign management
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and digital content strategy
• Strong analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet project deadlines efficiently
• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai to be considered for this role
