Job Description


A dynamic real estate company based in Business Bay, Dubai is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence across the website, CRM, and social media platforms. This role offers exposure to a collaborative, growth-focused team within a modern office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company website, including CMS, SEO basics, and landing pages
  • Oversee CRM activities, lead tracking, and email automation campaigns
  • Plan, create, and execute social media content across platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results using analytics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with practical execution skills
  • Experience with CMS & CRM platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English
