Description:
Medcare Hospital & Clinics is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join its marketing team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with social media marketing experience as well as fresh graduates who have relevant qualifications and a passion for digital marketing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting social media campaigns, and strengthening the organization’s online presence while maintaining consistent brand communication across digital platforms. Candidates with healthcare industry exposure will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to online interactions where required.
• Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
• Track campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, or fresh graduates with relevant qualifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Healthcare industry exposure is an advantage.
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
