Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, digitally native Digital Marketing Executive to anchor our online brand presence and drive direct hospitality revenue. Your primary objective is to manage, optimize, and scale the hotel’s digital footprint across all prominent social media platforms, search networks, and booking channels. This position bridges visual storytelling with analytical campaign execution; you will guide our digital assets from initial content creation and real-time community engagement through to high-converting paid ad campaigns and thorough search engine optimization. The role demands an energetic marketer who understands the visual mechanics of the hospitality industry and can seamlessly convert online engagement into confirmed guest reservations.
Areas of Accountability
Social Media Engineering & Content Production

Architect, schedule, and execute high-impact content calendars across primary channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

Produce engaging visual and written assets, capturing high-quality photographs, short-form videos, promotional graphics, and descriptive blog entries.

Partner with the hotel operations crew to capture live footage of guest experiences, dining menus, conference spaces, and premium facility upgrades.

Maintain unyielding brand alignment, uniform color palettes, and standard corporate messaging across all public-facing digital touchpoints.
Paid Traffic & Search Engine Optimization

Plan, deploy, and continuously optimize targeted paid advertising funnels within Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to spike seasonal occupancy.

Monitor daily and weekly campaign ad spend, managing target configurations to secure the highest possible return on investment.

Audit and update website content pipelines to improve organic search engine visibility (SEO), click-through parameters, and direct web reservations.
Reputation Monitoring & Public Relations

Systematically track incoming customer feedback, travel forum reviews, and digital mentions across online booking channels.

Respond professionally and swiftly to guest inquiries and reviews, de-escalating customer complaints and elevating overall brand equity.

Monitor downstream competitor digital strategies, changing promotional trends, and emerging social media tools within the regional hospitality sector.
Performance Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track, analyze, and compile key digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs) leveraging Google Analytics and native platform dashboards.

Synthesize multi-channel traffic reports into clear, data-driven summaries highlighting audience growth, conversion trajectories, and future campaign choices.

Coordinate cross-functional digital promotions for specialized corporate events, holiday menus, and room accommodation offers.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria

Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a matching field.

Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of progressive, hands-on experience driving digital marketing platforms, with an explicit preference for candidates from hospitality, travel, or high-touch service setups.

Software Ecosystems: Direct operational experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or professional video/photo editing suites like Adobe Creative Suite.

Technical Versatility: Strong structural understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), professional email campaign deployment, and web content management workflows.
