Description:
Novanos Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to join its growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketing professional who can develop digital strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth across multiple online platforms.
The successful candidate will manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, ASO, social media marketing, e-commerce campaigns, and content strategies. Candidates with experience in healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
• Manage SEO, SEM, ASO, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to improve performance and generate leads.
• Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Create and manage content strategies across digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Support lead generation activities and optimize marketing funnels.
• Prepare reports and provide insights based on campaign results.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SEO, SEM, and ASO
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Meta Ads and paid advertising campaigns
• E-commerce Marketing
• Content Strategy
• Experience with lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetic, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage
