Job Description

Product Manager – Digital Lending

MOMENTUM is looking for a results-driven Product Manager to own the commercial performance of our digital lending portfolio. In this role, you will drive acquisition, conversion, portfolio health, and recovery while collaborating across functions to optimize the digital customer journey. You will also lead the design and launch of next-generation digital financing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of MOMENTUM's digital lending portfolio.
  • Drive acquisition, conversion, portfolio health and recovery for live digital products.
  • Collaborate across functions to optimize the digital customer journey.
  • Lead the design and launch of next-generation digital financing products.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven ownership of commercial results for live digital products.
  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Data-driven, with a diagnosis-first approach.
  • East African financial services experience required; lending experience preferred.
  • Experience in digital products or lending operations is an added advantage.
