Description:
A purpose-driven e-commerce organization is currently hiring a Customer Support & After-Sales Service Specialist to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while contributing to meaningful social impact initiatives, including projects such as water well construction, tree plantation, and community support programs.

The selected candidate will play a key role in handling customer interactions, resolving after-sales issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey while representing a socially responsible brand.

• Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels in a professional and empathetic manner
• Provide after-sales support including order tracking, returns, replacements, and complaint resolution
