Customer Success

Lumi is seeking a passionate and relationship-focused Customer Success professional to help schools and educators successfully adopt and maximize the value of its Generative AI storytelling platform. Founded with a mission to empower people through creative technology, Lumi works with K12 schools to improve student engagement, literacy, and classroom innovation.

The successful candidate will lead school onboarding, support educators, build strong relationships with district leaders, and serve as the voice of customers within the company. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy education, technology, stakeholder management, and creating meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding processes for new schools and ensure successful platform adoption.

• Plan and deliver professional development sessions to help educators integrate storytelling technology into classrooms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, administrators, and district leaders.

• Conduct regular school and district meetings to review progress, collect feedback, and resolve challenges.

• Organize enrichment trips, speaker events, and end-of-year showcases aligned with program goals.

• Use customer feedback tools to gather insights and recommend product improvements.

• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to represent customer needs and enhance Lumi’s offerings.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Education Program Management, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

• Passion for education and understanding of the needs of schools and districts.

• Comfortable presenting professional development sessions and leading discussions with diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with technology platforms and enthusiasm for learning and teaching new tools.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Customer success strategies and relationship management

    • Education technology and classroom solutions

    • Stakeholder communication and professional training

    • User feedback analysis and product improvement
