About the Role:
An excellent opportunity is available for a Native Arabic Speaking Customer Service Officer to join a specialized motor insurance operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and experienced in handling insurance-related processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and process documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for smooth policy processing
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records
  • Follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist in claims coordination and support when required

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker is mandatory
  • Previous experience in motor insurance or a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
