About the Role:
An excellent opportunity is available for a Native Arabic Speaking Customer Service Officer to join a specialized motor insurance operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and experienced in handling insurance-related processes while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and process documentation accurately
- Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for smooth policy processing
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in claims coordination and support when required
Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Previous experience in motor insurance or a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
