Description:
Al Aabdi Holding is currently looking to hire a Native Arabic Speaking Customer Service Officer to support its motor insurance operations in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with relevant experience in insurance or customer service who are capable of managing policy-related processes while delivering excellent customer support.

The selected candidate will take ownership of a specialized role, ensuring smooth handling of motor insurance services, including policy issuance, renewals, and client coordination. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Management: Handle motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage documentation requirements.
  • Coordination: Liaise with insurance providers and internal departments to ensure smooth processing of policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data entry in the system.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
  • Claims Assistance: Provide support in claims coordination when required.

Requirements:

  • Language Requirement: Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.
