Customer Service Associate (English & Arabic Mandatory)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Retail Customer Service Associate to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in fashion retail, exceptional customer service skills, and a call center background.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in-store, online, and via phone
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions
  • Manage inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion retail
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Previous call center experience (mandatory)
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Well-presented with a strong sense of style
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
  • Team player with a positive attitude
