Job Description
To grow the client’s crop care brands and strengthen market share, through executing marketing strategies, brand consistency, and customer engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute marketing strategies for crop care brands.
- New product development and launches.
- Manage brand budgets
- Input in short term and long term forecasting
- Recommend pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in brand or customer marketing (agriculture sector experience is an advantage).
- Strong creative marketing, planning, and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
