Description:

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is currently seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join the team as Customer Experience Specialists. This opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and enhancing the overall client journey within the real estate sector. A total of four vacancies are available for this role.

The selected candidates will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining a positive customer experience, ensuring that every client interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and care. From the initial inquiry stage through to post-service follow-ups, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and satisfying journey for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve the complete customer journey, from first contact to after-sales support
• Professionally manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints while ensuring effective service recovery
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to guarantee smooth and timely service delivery
• Track and evaluate customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements where necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, documentation, and performance reports

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer experience roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
• Capability to handle complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Turkish, or Russian
