Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Extension Services, or related fields).
Have prior experience in crop production, agribusiness advocacy, farmer training, or value chain development.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and community mobilization skills.
Be familiar with agricultural policy frameworks, advocacy strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with SOCAA’s mission of advancing professional crop production and enhancing agribusiness value chains.
Role‑specific expectations:
Advocacy Assistants: Support county‑level agribusiness advocacy, engage farmers, promote crop value chains, and strengthen agricultural development initiatives.
