AQAR Landscape LLC is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the UAE landscaping industry and expertise in project cost management, budgeting, and financial monitoring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, preparing budgets and cost reports, conducting quantity take-offs and valuations, and supporting project teams in maintaining cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
• Prepare cost plans, project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and detailed cost reports.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimates, monthly valuations, and BOQ reviews.
• Analyze project variations, claims, and assess their financial impact.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams to maintain accurate cost information.
• Maintain organized cost records, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Provide cost control recommendations to improve project efficiency and support management decisions.
Requirements:
• B.E. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 5–8 years of experience in the UAE landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, cost estimation, and financial monitoring.
• Experience with quantity take-offs, BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost reporting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under strict deadlines.
