Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data capture, data correction, and verification tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of entered information across keying programs.
• Follow business unit procedures, contract requirements, and legal regulations.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Identify workflow issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Support continuous improvement of data processing procedures.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent typing skills with the ability to pass a 10-key test.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
• Ability to key 9,000 KPH with limited errors.
• Experience working with business solutions software.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools.
