Prestige One Developments is currently seeking a creative and experienced Content Writer with a strong background in the real estate sector to join its expanding team in Dubai Marina. This role is ideal for someone who can craft engaging and high-quality content tailored to the luxury real estate market, targeting both investors and property buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop compelling property listings, marketing materials, and brand-focused content.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance online presence and audience interaction.
• Write informative and creative blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Produce content that resonates with investors, buyers, and clients within the luxury real estate market.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven experience in content writing.
• Prior experience working with a real estate developer or agency is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality real estate content.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or within the UAE.
