Job Description
Scope of work
Volunteers will support various aspects of conference delivery, including:
- Assisting with registration and guest management
- Supporting session coordination and timekeeping
- Guiding participants and ensuring accessible navigation within the venue
- Providing general attendee support, including persons with disabilities
- Supporting communication and information desks
- Working alongside the team to ensure a smooth, inclusive experience for all
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
- Are passionate about inclusion and social impact
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Can work well in a team and fast-paced environment
- Are available for the full duration of the conference
