This is a unique opportunity to join the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and shape the future of crypto in West Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Binance Angels Program: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers within the Binance Angels community program.
  • Events & Meetups: Organise and host online and offline community events, meetups, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Telegram/Discord Moderation: Lead moderation of regional Telegram and Discord groups, including implementing bots, mini-games, and community campaigns.
  • Partnerships & University Outreach: Build partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities to expand Binance Academy’s reach.
  • Content Creation & Localisation: Create, translate, and proofread community content in English and local languages for regional relevance.
  • Platform Expansion: Explore and introduce new community-friendly platforms to extend the local user base and brand awareness.
  • Brand Promotion & Community Support: Promote Binance’s brand, products, and campaigns while providing high-quality community support.
  • User Acquisition Through Community: Convert community awareness into active traders and traders into advocates via owned community channels.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect user insights, market trends, and community feedback, and relay them to internal Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in community management, event organisation, or related fields.
  • Crypto and Binance enthusiast — actively uses Binance products (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Earn) and understands crypto/blockchain terminology (DeFi, Web3, NFT).
  • Experience curating content for social media platforms including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
  • Familiarity with Telegram moderation tools, bots, and community engagement campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, dashboards, and ROI tracking.
  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations constructively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (crypto communities are active around the clock).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Deep understanding of the West African social media landscape and community behaviour.

  • Competitive salary and company benefits.
  • Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team).
