Key Responsibilities:
• Review and accurately assign medical codes to clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure coding is completed in accordance with healthcare regulations and coding standards.
• Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of patient health information.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify clinical documentation when required.
• Support compliance, reporting, and revenue cycle processes through accurate coding practices.
Requirements:
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE clinical coding experience is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
