Description:

A reputed Facilities Management company in Dubai is currently hiring an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to join its growing operations team. The company is looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively supervise cleaning activities, manage housekeeping staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service delivery across various facilities.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong leadership abilities, practical knowledge of cleaning operations, and experience working within facilities management or hospitality environments in the UAE. Candidates must also possess a valid UAE driving license to support operational and site supervision responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned facilities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Monitor cleaning staff performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to maintain service quality standards.

• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently achieved.

• Manage staff duty schedules, shift planning, attendance monitoring, and task allocation.

• Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals, tools, machinery, and equipment.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all work areas.

• Coordinate with management and clients to address operational concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report maintenance issues, operational challenges, and supply requirements when necessary.

• Ensure all cleaning procedures are carried out according to company policies and industry standards.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience working as a Cleaning Supervisor within Facilities Management or the Hospitality industry.

• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, machinery, and operational procedures.

• Ability to supervise, train, and manage cleaning teams effectively.

• Experience handling schedules, inspections, reporting, and quality assurance processes.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• UAE work experience will be considered an advantage.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
