About the Role:
An experienced Cleaning Supervisor is required to join a Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role focuses on overseeing cleaning and soft services operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and facility maintenance activities
- Manage and coordinate teams across multiple locations effectively
- Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety procedures
- Monitor performance and maintain service quality across assigned sites
- Provide leadership, guidance, and on-site supervision to staff
- Coordinate with management to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in facilities management, specifically in soft services
- Strong background in cleaning, deep cleaning, and supervision roles
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of deep cleaning procedures and standards
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations efficiently
- Immediate availability preferred
