Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role:

An experienced Cleaning Supervisor is required to join a Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role focuses on overseeing cleaning and soft services operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and facility maintenance activities
• Manage and coordinate teams across multiple locations effectively
• Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety procedures
• Monitor performance and maintain service quality across assigned sites
• Provide leadership, guidance, and on-site supervision to staff
• Coordinate with management to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in facilities management, specifically in soft services
• Strong background in cleaning, deep cleaning, and supervision roles
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of deep cleaning procedures and standards
• Ability to manage multiple teams and locations efficiently
• Immediate availability preferred
