Job Title: Civil Engineer (Building Experience)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years (UAE Building Construction Experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for building construction projects
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Manage material planning, site resources, and workforce effectively
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in building construction projects (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority approvals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential/commercial building projects
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
